Refunds & Cancellations
All distance courses are subject to the 7 day "cooling-off" period required of distance sellers whereby the trainee may request a refund for any reason, within the time allowed by UK law.
Course materials may be returned within 7 days of the date the full course fees or first instalment payment was received by Eurolink, provided no assignments have been submitted for assessment. A full refund (minus postage) will be given provided any materials are returned undamaged so that they may be resold. Where appropriate, the cost of damaged materials will be deducted from the refund total.
Customers must inform Eurolink in writing — by letter, fax or e-mail — of their decision to cancel.
No refunds can be given after 7 days of the course payment for any reason, except in the circumstance when it is deemed necessary to advise a trainee of his or her unsuitability to continue with the course, usually due to work being of an unacceptably low standard.
Initial, or course payments cannot be transferred from person to person.
We adopt a very flexible approach to course completion dates and try to be as helpful as possible in arranging course extensions (without charge - maximum 6 months). Transfer from the course originally enrolled, to a later course, is also possible, but subject to payment of a £35 re-registration and course transfer fee.
Anyone who is unsure whether a Eurolink distance-programme is a suitable course for him or her is advised to consider purchasing a Sampler Trial-offer (Cert.TM & Dip.TM only). This option provides the opportunity to sample the initial three distance-packs before making a final decision to continue the programme.
Changes and updates to course materials
Eurolink Teacher Training reserves the right to change and update course material in order to make improvements to the service offered.

General points
You have elected to follow a Eurolink postal programme rather than a Training Link Online course. If, later, you wish to change the format of your materials after they have been dispatched, you will be required to pay an additional fee of £20.
If, as a last resort, you have no choice but to send worksheets as scanned e-mail attachments, this will incur a charge based on the amount of additional administrative work caused, as follows:
- Pre-Cert: £15
- Cert.(ES): £20
- Cert.(TM): £25
- Dip.(TM): £30
By completing the registration process you thereby affirm that you agree to be bound by all the 'terms and conditions' as set out in this section.
